We were considering taking this way towards Sahagan in the final stage.
What is the albergue like in Vallada in relation to facilities?
Many thanks, David

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I'm sure Rebekah will see this and chime in, but here's what she told us about the albergue in Villada in an earlier post. I haven't been inside the albergue but I have seen it, because when I was staying at the Peaceable, we went to Villada for an amazing menu del dia. It was one of those filled-to-the-rafters-with-workers places and the food was good and plentiful. Wasn't it cochinillo we had, Reb?

It's a long day from Villalon de Campos to Sahagun.

There are plans for an albergue in Grajal, and this post is from Dec. 2011, so maybe it's open. But I doubt it. camino-de-madrid/topic12196.html

You can also break the Villalon to Sahagun stage up with a night in the nice albergue in Santervas. I had planned to do that, but it is only 15 kms from Villalon and I got there very early.

Buen camino, Laurie
