Hi. Yes there is buy you would walk across and then up to Reims before heading south towards St Etienne and Le puy

Check out this link. Its compatible with Maps.me etc and has all the French routes that work offline. It was excellent when I went off grid on the Portuguese Camino earlier this year.

I’m not sure I’ve walked Le Puy to Pamplona already over the years.
