I am -- I guess inevitably -- contemplating the problematic of a Home to Rome to Home. Gnothi seauton, as they say, and I cannot imagine a priori any scenario where I would leave back from Rome except on foot. Not this time. And then I can't... -

Bye Fitbit and hello Garmin. Testing the new toy. Six k. loop to the main village and back. We had quite some rain the last couple of days. So I stick to my loyal walking boots. Can't imagine using trainers in these circumstances.

We had our first snow - fat wet flakes, followed by rain. So I stuck to roads to enjoy a coastal walk (not as intrepid as @SabsP hahaha!)

Camino Sanabres 2024. Last day. I like the fact how you keep walking in the countryside until you are almost in the old centre of Santiago.

Just adding a tiny bit of fun information here about the blurb above that says "Martin Sheen, born Ramón Antonio Gerardo Estévez ...". He never legally changed his name and still uses Ramón Estévez for his passport, etc
