Hi all,
Only 9 days left...then we are off. While doing an uphill/downhill walk today in a reserve right in the middle of Pretoria, we were greeted by this! Isn't Africa amazing???

Yep. No giraffes, zebra etc on the Camino unfortunately. Your interest will be drawn more by the insects, reptiles and birds. There are also the pretty looking cows in Galicia on their way to/from milking. Apart from that there's just the occasional lion (joking). Buen Camino!

Sadly, no giraffes on the camino. I did see an emu, which also has a long, thin neck. Does that count?
