Lucky you! I actually love the clip for the opposite reason.... I thought it was funny making it look so easy. .. my Caminos have never been anywhere near that light, but - as you can see - i’m working up to it for my upcoming one, which i’ll theme mindful ‘joy’ and ‘gratitude’.

In 2005, when there was not such a wealth of readily available advice on the net, I left from SJPP with about 8 kg - not including food or water, and got rid of half of that by the time I reached Pamplona. But that was nothing compared to the vast amount of people who were seemingly confidently hanging on to their 15 to 20 kg plus bags - Somewhere on the long road that picture definitely changed ...
