Strava is a good one. I use for all my hikes at home and used it on the Camino too. It has a low draw on the phone battery and automatically pauses when you stop. Tracks distance, elevation, average pace, time, etc.

Strava app is what you’re looking for including distances, elevation, average speed, etc. I use Garmin Instinct watch that I sync with Strava app in my iPhone. I like it a lot.
