Lost & Found LOST (Now found!) PACER POLES BEFORE CEA

JillGat

la tierra encantada
Time of past OR future Camino
2018
I left them on the trail about 4-5 k before Cea
I expect to be in Santiago on April 27-28. Mu email is written on the sides of the poles (for just this eventuality). If you find them and we can meet up, I would love to have them back! If that doesn't work, please keep and enjoy them.
Pacerless Jill😢

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
Second day out on the Camino Portuguese, I left my poles on a bench while I was getting my pack sorted. Some man came after me to return them. So sorry, I hope you get them back.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Oh noooooo! I hope they make it back to you

That's a b*tch! In 2014 I left my poles in a hostal in Cordoba and realized it about an hour into my walk. I immediately turned around and they were waiting for me against the wall near the front door.

Mine were cheap Decathlon poles but since my first Camino I can't do without. I sure hope someone contacts you 🙏🏼

I got to the albergue at Oseira with 2 others. We were the first ones there
As the hospitalera was taking my data, a French pilgrim came in the door and said, "Are these yours?"
!!!!
He found them and carried them to Cea and then onto Oseira. I have no idea how he knew they were mine!
I think his name was Saint Christopher...

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
Oh Jill! I’m so happy for you! That would’ve been quite a loss. After hearing about thefts and Roncesvalles, and feeling a little downhearted about that, this has made me feel happy again.

I am delighted for you.
I noticed yesterday that there are a fair few posts about lost items. (What on earth are people having for breakfast?)
A reminder: do a quick check before moving off. The drone, though. Not a lot can be done about that...
