I am trying to keep my rucksack weight down to a minimum. One thing I could leave out is my shaving kit. I do not mind being unshaven for a few days. Has anyone seen Barber Shops on the Camino Frances. If so how often? Or are they only in the major cities?

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Despite being a woman I have noticed plenty of those! Basically any village/small town above a few thousand inhabitants will have a 'catch all and all genders' barber and hair cut shop. Buen Camino! SY

More barbers than you can poke a stick at; second only to pharmacies. A terrific one in Hospital de Orbigo uses hand clippers and cut throat razors.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Had a haircut in a gents place in Burgos last year and have often had them in women's hairdressers but have never needed to have a shave there! I know I like to go light but a simple shaver is nothing regarding space/weight in my opinion to have the ability to feel less unkempt.

The Camino offers an excellent opportunity to see how you'd look with a beard.

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
It's probably the only time of the year I let the beard grow. It doesn't bother me one bit :)
