Botafumeiro Souvenir

New Member
My husband and I walked the camino May 13 thru June 12 of this year. He had a very rough time but we both makde it to the cathedral after starting in St. Jean. When we were at the cathedral he bought me the small Botafumeiro souvenir as a thank you for helping him complete the camino. I sent it home in a box with our other souvenirs and our knives and poles since we still had 10 days of vacation left and thought it would be safer there than with us. I was wrong. After we returned home the box came and had a big hole in it. Everything was still in the box but my Botafumeiro souvenir he bought me at the cathedral store. If anyone is willing to pick one up while you are in Santiago and mail it to me in the United States I would be forever greatful. Please let me know and I can get the funds to you ahead of your trip. This was my only souvenir from the camino except the beautiful pictures and memories of the trip of a lifetime. Thanks, Jackie

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
