Hi,

It's been 6 days i've been walking and i think i have to postpone my journey for the future. After walking Molinaseca, my knees are in pain. I took a day off, but it didn't help. I can bearly walk now.

I left Villafranca Del Bierzo in the morning and i'm in La portela de valcarce.

Is there a bus from near Vallafranca del bierzo to Santiago?

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

You can try and take the Ponferrada - Santiago bus (Alsa) from Ambasmestas. Otherwise you'll have to return to Villafanca first, take the bus to Ponferrada and then from there directly to Santiago.
Sorry to read of your misfortune :(

Hello fraluchi,

Thank you for thr information!

I'm not exactly how Spain's bus system works, but iy looks like Ambasmestas station is at 24520 vega de valcarce, which is where im staying.

I've booked a ticket for tomorrow morning!
