For those of you on the wrong side of the pond the correct words to describe those two things are suitcases and backpacks!! ;) ;) ;) :) :) :) ❤️
@David Thanks again for your great documentary on the camino. Recently I was lucky enough to help two different pilgrims preparing for their first caminos and I sent them both a link to your documentary and my other favorite pilgrim film called Looking for Infinity. I do not know if you have seen it but here is a link:

Here is the link for yours. I think of the thousands of videos on the Camino yours and the one I mentioned are two of the best and most valuable and help capture the beauty, struggles and feelings of pilgrimage. Thank you.

You appear at the top of your stairs with your packed rucksack ready to go ... but do you think about your cabin luggage that isn't going with you this time?

So sad, so very sad ......

Perhaps... but then there are plenty of places where Wheelie goes where Camino rucksack does not

Thank you for that David...it made my day.
My chuckle muscles have had a good workout.
I know you shouldn't laugh at the misfortune of others but......

Poor, poor wheelie.

For a while, I had only one bag, with wheels, extendible handle, and shoulder straps.

Last partial go-around, as I was leaving the albergues, the lobbies were full of wheeled bags, including the people I was going with! Maybe I was the “dumb” pilgrim for carrying my bag.
