Is there a charge to visit historical sites and places of interest?

I was wondering if there's a card or membership that would be useful to have on the Camino that allows free or reduced charges to visit places of interest? Like the National Trust card in the UK? Does the pilgrim passport get you in to certain places other than municipal albergues? Just wondering if it would be worth getting something in advance? Mary

Your credential will get you a discount some places, such as the cathedral in Leon. I don't think there is a national admission card.

I know you can get a discount with your pilgrim passport if you want to visit the cathedral in Burgos. Other then that, i dont know.

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
There is no national card admission and the charges for the sites vary. As Falcon and Dutch noted your pilgrim Credencial may receive an admission discount at some places. If, by chance you are over 65, you may also get a discount as a retired person or Jubilado. Show your national passport when you ask for the Jubilado discount.
