“Mele y su Yuli” - does anybody know their story?

Hello everyone, I was going through the pictures of my last Camino Frances (June 2023) and I found this picture taken near Rabanal del Camino.
It says “Mele y su Yuli” and there’s a picture of a woman with a kid. Seems like there’s a story behind it, I wonder if anybody knows it.

Indeed, I watched the video, but I can’t see any connection to it.

If you google the woman’s name, a lot of pictures come up under an instagram account. I have that picture as well from earlier this year.
