Thank you for that, Ivar!

I'm going to Malaga next Monday: Will stay in the south a couple of days before going to Salamanca and start walking from there at the end of next week! Hopefully without snow: I am sitting in a heap of snow up here in Arctic Norway right now!

Too many caminos to list in the permitted 100 characters!!
I'd better see if Ryanair accept ice-picks in cabin baggage :)
A Gudina is my scheduled stop for 16th May so the snow's got time to go before then!
Thanks Ivar - and for all you do for this forum.
Buen camino. Vaya con Dios ....

I don't think there's snow there at the moment, but there's a LOT of snow still to be seen on the mountain tops.
Weather conditions at the moment are steady light rain showers, and occasional torrential downpours (in Santiago, where I type this in a Cyber shop, having regretfully had to abandon my VdlP attempt due to severe blistering and the atrocious weather).
Buen camino!
Stephen.

So sorry Stephen, I know how much you were looking forward to this camino. The weather is 'out of normal' you have been unlucky, there will have been a reason. I look forward to hearing of your next one.
