Hey Pilgrims.
The date has finally arrived and we fly from the States today to begin our odd pilgrimage from Gibraltar to Lisbon to Porto to Santiago. The planning between Gibraltar and Lisbon has been challenging but we have A route anyway. It anyone is interested in this Way, we will be documenting the trip at Rock2Santiago.com I've already collated about 300 lodging sites between Gibraltar and Lisbon and it's available on this site. We also mapped the route out on GPS and created a tab on history and triva for the villages through which we will pass.
From Lisbon North I'll be relying on Gronze.
Thanks for the help this team has given in our preparation. I invite you to click on the "follow" button on the lower LH side of the screen if your are interested.
Bom Caminho!

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

Good luck! Sounds like an exciting trip. We follow in your footsteps this September on the Via Serrana (we assume you're walking to Sevilla?) - then we'll take the more conventional Via de la Plata/Camino Sanabrés.
We are walking to Sevilla but on the Serrana for only a portion. Our mapped route is on the site - cleverly hidden on a tab called “Maps”! Haha

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

Would like to follow but unable to find the button on the the of screen.

Anyway, enjoy your pilgrimmage!
It’s frustrating because I’ve been told by others it is hard to see as well. If interested scroll to the bottom and back up a bit. For me it seems to appear at random times.
