Just got a phone call from @alexwalker who traveled today through the area where the VdlP/Camino Sanabres crosses the mountains (shortly before Galicia) and he asked me to pass the following message on as he can't access the forum from his phone:

There is heavy snowfall in this area and the Camino is affected by it. Please listen to local advice.
