With a Macabi and this I see no need for the Aarn pack (sob sob). Its the Baubax which comes up below the link you posted @falcon269 - a bit more stylish and detailed. They raised $M9 from their first kickstarter campaign. I'm actually tempted!

I just watched the video and this product (if not a joke) is not for me. I would never be able to remember which of the 25 items was in which pocket/pouch! I have a purse with many compartments and zippers, etc. I stopped using it because I often thought I'd lost my keys, money or other important items, only to find them after frantically searching every nook and cranny of that purse.

I lost count of the number of clever, vest based solutions for travel I have tried and donated onwards. For Camino, they seem, to me at least, to be a needless complication. Sometimes old school is best... Toss your gear in an appropriate rucksack, lace-up and head out.

I certainly do not need a further inducement to a daily 'senior moment' trying to remember which #$%^&* pocket I put something, in.

Nice try...I do admit it is clever and might work for a subset of travelers.

Haha. This left me with some questions, among which are; If the first jacket was a success why do they need another kickstarter? (ok I kind of know the answer to this, these days kickstarter is basically a shop). Why if you've spent over 100 $s, €s or £s on airpods would you want to put cords on them? But most importantly where do I go to find these good looking women who are impressed by putting a can of fizzy drink in your coat pocket?

Its like one of those vests I used to wear with camera gear. actually you have to be very careful sitting down as things poke into you, and you have to put it down carefully or things break. Not the sort of thing to drop on the pavement.

There are a lot of analyses of Kickstarter, but it appears that about 2/3 of the projects fail. Some are from fraud, some just from unmarketable ideas. Travel vests have been around for a long time, and they seem to be the only successful products, though eVest has been hanging on. It is a tweak of the standard travel vest with pockets designed for modern devices. How it works with a backpack is anyone's guess.
