Wifi in all public albergues in Galicia (from July 2015)

This newspaper article reports that from July 2015 (in Spanish this means at the end of 2015), all public albergues in Galicia will have free wifi connection for pilgrims.

Do you need a Spanish phone for this? I've had no luck using my Swedish phone to register... :/

It doesn't work unfortunately. I tried to register with my Spanish phone and never got the SMS with the access code/information. Does anybody know anybody for whom this has actually worked? SY

I tried in every municipal albergue along that I stayed in along the CP and it never worked... :/
