Soaking them pilgrim paws at beautiful Zubiri, already wondering if the rest of my Camino could be as beautiful as the first few days had been (the answer was yes, and then some).

Ouch! I did see quite a lot of crayfish in many of the rivers/streams, and some locals catching them in some contraption in Carrion de los Condes!

Hi, I have done el camino de Compostela three times in my life, in 1991, 1995 and 1996. Then I was busy with life, raising a family and working a lot without vacations, Almost 30 years after I want to return to the Camino again, I really need it mentally and spiritually. Now my huge concern is that I suffer Sleep Apnea, I snore tremendously and because of that I need to use a an electrical breathing device that needs electricity. I would like to know if any pilgrim have had such situation already, and if so, how was it, what to expect, what was the alternative etc etc. I look forward to some responses because I need to really go on the road but I do not want to become a disturbance to other pilgrims with my snoring..

Hi Victor, I think you need to ask this question in the actual forum where people will see it. I did see people with electronic breathing devices on my Camino, and there were very loud snorers at done Albergues, but there is a tolerance to this. I hope you get to walk a Camino again, and I imagine a lot has changed since you last did.
