"Camino provides" means to me in many ways...
- It provides possibilites of putting on my pack and starting to walk.. there is no need to over-plan and over-worry if I choose and deal with the consequences.

So there may not be some magical, mystical force that provides the unprepared ( either purposefully or just unlucky) but the Camino does provide thousands of hospitaleros, hotel clerks, cooks, wait staff, refreshment truck owners, friendly shop...
