My very favourite place in Pamplona is the main large allergens. It is a gutted monetary and houses many people. It is clean, beautiful, we'll run and with very good facilities.
I remember walking through an area where pimento grew. The lovely smell was sith us off and on for two or three days. And then of course, how could one forget the smell of fresh chocolate croissants?
Sad for you. O Cebreiro was one of the highlights of our Camino. Apart from our washing freezing on the line, we enjoyed the Albergues, had a great meal at a local restaurant, and slept like logs after a relatively challenging walk....Beth
I had the most dreadful shin splints when I walked the Camino in 2013. Fortunately I had a yoga book in which 'up dogs' and 'down dogs' were recommended. These alternatively stretch the shins and the calves. I did them often and the problem was solved. I have never experienced pain like this...
