How important is a rock plate for CF?
I also vote for rock plate. I am currently in Sarria and have been 4 weeks walking since SJPP. At the last minute I bought new Brooks Cascadia for the trip, trail runners with a type of rock plate and am SO glad I have at least those. Ride share Bilbao to SJPP May 5th 22
