Hi, I walked the CF in 2015, the Norte in 2017 and the CF again in 2023. I loved all three. All three were different and they all exceeded my expectations!
I want to share the experience of the Camino and I’m trying to figure out the best way to tell that story. It’s a challenge to package the entire Camino into 20 minutes. (That’s the length of my presentation.)

I hiked in a pair of Hoka Speedgoats. The shoes worked fine, but the soles are shredded. I won’t be able to wear them on any more hikes. I’ve heard this is a problem with the Vibram sole on Hokas.
Covid changed everything in all areas of our
