Pacerpoles on flights - can you take just the handles on board?
We just had regular hiking poles, but I broke them down, put them in one of those triangular postal service mailing tubes and checked the tube. Worked great from Denver to Madrid.- DeaconMike1

why spanish sim card?
I was able to use tools like Facebook, FB Messenger, Skype for calls, email and FaceTime via free WiFi connections for my communications throughout our Camino from Sarria into Santiago. Did not get a SIM card.- DeaconMike1

What's the Difference between a Pilgrimage and a Long Walk?
The calling is the difference for me. That tug way deep down inside for 3 years to make the Camino. It was tougher for me to distinguish between this being a calling versus my own compulsions.- DeaconMike1
