Walking poles or not
Used walking poles in 2012 on the Camino (last 5 stages) and I'm using them again at the moment (Sarria to Melide). They are invaluable both uphill and more especially downhill. They reduce pressure on legs and feet. On the flat I often just carry them - they are light enough not to be an issue.- Deco1964
