Plantar fasciitis.
I'm so sorry. I just developed PF in my left foot, along with tendonitis and an old Morton's Neuroma injury in my right foot. I've seen a podiatrist, done physio and acupuncture but I still can only manage 6-7km before needing to rest and massage my foot. I reckon with 5km breaks I should be...- Dee70
