I'm one of the bare minimum sort. On my last Camino Frances I just collected sellos from the albergues I stayed in and didn't bother with two per day after Sarria as I had no intention of asking for a Compostela. I only used one side of the SJPDP...
I usually only get one per day where I stay up until Sarria, unless it is something like a church or some kind of special donativo stand or something. Then I give a small donation and get an extra stamp.
I am sitting in front of León cathedral having lunch and preparing for what sounds like a hot spell coming. The first half, full of physical challenges was spectacular.
