Take it easy... Hola! Be patient when getting ready for the Camino as some days will be easier than others. The area of Castilla can be demanding if it gets too hot out there. Don't carry to much stuff in your backback. Most refuges have washer and dryer and/or you can buy a thing or two on...- ElRey
