A curiosity: is the weather cold at that point where you found the guy who offered you an orange juice? I see in your pic that there is a tent, so people sleep outside. I don't have tent, just winter sleeping bag and pad: could I sleep outside?- Febs

Thank you very much! I'm very happy to start the camino, I've been wanting to do this for a long time. I'm using an italian guide. Actually it talks about the Napoleon road but without showing the track. I have downloaded the track from a precious post found here.- Febs

I am going to hike Camino Frances from Saint-Jean-Pied-De-Port as long as work calls me, probably up to 14-20 days. That's great advice! I will do that and evaluate it definitely. Thank you!- Febs
