The SIM you buy in Spain. Make sure your phone's VPN data settings are set right for Spain's country code (this is something a lot of folks forget when they get some pre paid SIM card). Then, once the SIM card is activated, sign up your whatsapp account for the new SIM card and you should be good.- helumax
