      My feeling is that the minimum is a week, because during the 3-4 first days you have not the benefit of walking, only the drawbacks. I consider that you need at least two weeks to disconnect. The maximum depends on your wishes, and the time left...

      Peregrinos, Has anyone had luck RECENTLY getting a bed at the monestery in Armenteira? If so, was there a line, how many pilgrims got beds, etc? Also curious at Municipal Albergue in Arousa. Has that been filling up?
