Had a great she'll tattoo in Santiago two years ago, can't remember the shop but just ask around there will be someone who will direct you. They were very professional and totally trustworthy.

A good response, don't get hung up over sticks, they're just an aid!! Amazing how many pilgrims I've met have either purchased or 'created' their own fashioned from sturdy stick or branch

Cycled the French route 2 yrs ago and it was amazing and recommend first timers to do this class route.
Am returning this Ye to the Norte route and am equally as excited but do think the French rote will take some beating so go for the former kidder you won't be dsointed. Buen Comino
have have thought over the years about the 'walk' but have to say I really enjoyed the ride last time, met so many pelegrino's, and so many different people given that we averaged 3/4 days to the walking pilgrims.
Whichever way it's an awesome place to find yourself in and can't wait till...
