I have walked both and you will find the Ingles very doable. No elevation anything like Dead Woman's pass. Enjoy, it is a great walk. I hope to do it again with a group next year.
Mindset plays a big part here. What do you want from it? I led a group on this section in late September/early October and myself and my co-leader where the only ones who had walked it before. Yes it was busier but the crods thinned out as the day went on and at all stages we looked for the joy...
All our lovely but Pontevedra my favourite. Lots to see, plenty of cafes to people watch and chill, beautiful basillica and other buildings and great food.
Mountain Warehouse are excellent and also Go Outdoors and often you can pick up great gear in TK Maxx and also in sales. Sports shops too, there are many places.
I had a group over with me in September walking Sarria to Santiago and we had some extra time so spend a morning in Lugo which I highly recommend. The walls were amazing and you can walk as much or as little of them as you want. Also go and visit the cathedral in Lugo which is stunning.
The county of my childhood summers. That and the coast of antrim both very beautiful. Great walking and stunning scenery as well as gorgeous beaches if you get the weather.
