Ask your doctor if you qualify for an oral appliance for your sleep apnea. Find a dentist who has credentials with Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) to make you one. I know many people who use this appliance instead of CPAP for their travels
We finished Irun to SanSabastian today the weather was lovely and no mud. Did give thanks that it was not raining. 3 of us walked in Altra’s, Hoka’s and Brooks and had no problem
I used lone peak ultra last year and loved it. Came home and bought 2 pairs just incase they change the shoe. Also used the ninja socks. Never had a sore pot or blister. I tested on size: what was biggest size I can do without my heel riding up and down.
I went with biggest shoe size I could as long as my heel was not moving up and down in back. Went with lone peak altra’s due to large toe box and used double layer toe Sox. Did not put anything on my feet and had no sore spot or blister. Walked 33 days
I bought biggest toe box shoe (lone peak altra), then biggest size for me as long as my heel does not ride up. Wore injinji toe socks. Did not put anything on my feet. Did not have one blister or sore spot. I know there is many ways, for me, will do this again
