For ferries the best bet is Brittany Ferries. Portsmouth to Bilbao. Portsmouth to Santander. Or Plymouth to Santander. Then the slow but beautiful FEVE rail line along the coast to Ferrol. Bear in mind that this will be much slower and MUCH more...
