Today I arrived in one of my favourite cities in Italy, Palermo, ready to start a solo walk across Sicily on the Magna Via Francigena tomorrow! It’s a ~185km trail from Palermo to Agrigento that I aim to complete in 8-9 days. The MVF is the most...

We finished our Camino in 21 days, totalling a 280 km walk. On the last days I wasn't able to upload the pictures, but here's the third and final video about our Camino :)

To me the most Dangerous stage on the Camino Frances was from Foncebadon to Ponferrada in the rain. Never forget the riverbed rocks from El Acebo to Ponferrada totally treacherous, seen several injuries sprained or broken ankles on route...

The advice about the videos is good. But ALWAYS see a physician as @SabP said. NSAIDS should not be taken long term without the advice of a physician. There could be issues it can exacerbate or cause like internal bleeding in the GI tract...

I stayed there again recently, in March for 3 days on the pilgrim floor and it was definitely up to standard. ❤️❤️. (Clean, comfortable, great position central to the cathedral , friendly staff, great value - now 29€ per single incl that...

We had two rather short days with some rain - 15km from Vigo to Redondela, and 8 km to the auberge "O Lar de Pepa", where we're having sort of a rest day. I was able to finish the 2nd video of our walk, so here it is - enjoy!
