    Warning for those who visit Santiago: you can not eat or drink in the Plaza del Obradoiro

    as if this law serves as a prevention against littering -- lol... and still the street cleaners have to work every night! laws like this have anyway the opposite effect. If I am thirsty I drink, everywhere at any time. Pathetic -- the authority can't forbid me consuming water on the streets...

    Hey, you can also keep your expenses low with looking for volunteers who offer free accommodations! Like the "le ami de saint jaque" on the via Gebenensis. Just go to the church offices and ask for volunteers/hosting....

    @Hurrying ....don't change it in "Worrying!" I was wondering or rather surprised why this thread is still active. After a couple of great advices to the beginning! All you need for your Camino is already in you!!! Not more not less! put your nose in the wind and experience your own Camino! :)
