shoe size.... make sure you have LOTS of room in your shoes because your feet WILL swell over time throughout each day ... I use the runners rule, at least one size larger than your regular footwear... no blisters on the Primitvo or to Finisterre ... also, keep your feet DRY... wool socks! and...- Paulette S
