PYou don't say where/when your existing bookings are, which may impact your extra day options, but you could go to SdC and then do 3 days to Finsterra - then take the bus back to SdC.

Hello, We hiked up O Cebreiro today and it was raining quite heavily , then the rain turned to snow. Thankfully , we’re staying in O Cebreiro tonight in a warm and cozy room getting dried out!

POn the CF I carry one 12 -16 oz bottle and fill up when I need it. Pretty much every village has a fountain.

PAll people tell you to carry water. So I always carry (on the CF) 500 ml water. And I drink beer. That way I always have enough water, bc I don't touch the stuff.

PI do the same, but have rarely run out. There are some longer stretches between towns on the CF where one needs to be more careful. Some people rely on refilling smaller water bottles in every village, and that might work. The risk is that fonts...
