    Anyone know if Albergue Juvenile Ondaretta in San Sebastian accepts walk in's? I have just realised some hostels dont accept walk in and must be booked in advance, A room in the city and Koisi are like this. I dont like booking in advance and wont have any way of booking when on the camino.

    I emailed Galerna and they got back to me, the albergue is open and price is 22e and payment must be made by bank transfer upon booking! Looking at some reviews online for Galerna, they are pretty pathetic, so i might look into other options first and leave this as a last resort.

    Which albergues would you recommend for San Sebastian and Zarautz please? There doesn't seem to be much pilgrim accommodation in those areas I will be walking during April. Is it necessary to book?
