Solo Camino April 2017 - newbie
Hi I have lived in SA for over 30 years and understand your problem book you first night, I walk in shorts but if it is cold put leggings on as well. In summer I use a poncho but spring and autumn waterproof jacket and trousers all lite weight. Use mix fabrics for T shirts etc that dry quickly...- Suzmar

There is no need to book but for nights where there is not much accommodation use booking.com if you have as tablet with you plenty of bars gave WiFi . also private albergues are on booking.com. as for getting lost iit becomes a habit to check each and every junction for yellow arrows.
