    Portuguese coastal route safe going solo?

    I walked the coastal alone last fall and not once did I feel unsafe. I saw on average 12-15 pilgrims a day for the first week and once the routes merged the number of pilgrims increased significantly. I’m so glad I chose the route I did.

    I am walking the coastal, leaving in 3 weeks and I have prebooked accommodations. Do not tell yourself it is not the way to do the Camino. To each their own :)

    Hi all. Can I walk in to a pharmacy in Portugal and purchase Compeed (stick and plasters)? I am in Canada, if I order it online, it won't arrive here before I depart to Porto. Thank you.
