TashH replied to the thread Hostels in Porto.How long are you in Porto? I arrived late and stayed in the hotel directly across from the airport. The following day I caught the train into Porto and stayed at The Sandeman for 2 nights, it’s excellent and I highly recommend it. -

TashH replied to the thread Route opinion.I did a similar route but stayed on the coastal until Caminha. You can even out the distance of some of your stages by staying at smaller towns either before or after the typical stage ends, which will also often make it easier to find accommodation.

I then made a seperate booking to fly on to Porto where I started my Camino. At the end, I caught a train from SdC back to Madrid. I looked at carriers that could get me there...
