  Sandeman Hostel on the southern side of the river does this @ €10. Depends on numbers though.

  I stayed at House of Sandeman in Porto (Gaia) before I started my Camino. They do a €10 hostel dinner. The other guests were predominantly pilgrims. It was a wonderful way to start my Camino and I would intermittently see the people I met here...

  Been an introvert, I regret didn't take enough initiative to ask for contact details. I missed some of the people, i wish I have asked. Other than that, can't think of any.

  I was on the boat early in the morning and was glad I wore lots of layers of clothing as well as my rain jacket. I did not get wet but the speed the boat travels does create a wind chill.
