Ok, y'all... Perhaps I should post this in "attention deficit disorder pilgrims" BUT.... So, I'd been planning and reading ad infinitum for a year for the Camino Frances BUT.... I flew to Frankfurt to spend a couple of weeks with friends before my Camino and managed to find myself in Finland...- Tio Timo

Struggling with Boots
David, as for your comment about "shoe shops", I haven't darkened their doors in decades. The internet has been my friend for many years, catalogs for years before that. I have crocs and Tevas and probably take the Tevas with me but I don't think I wanna use either as prime movers.- Tio Timo

Very helpful thread, I've learned plenty from books and this forum in the last few months and now that I'm getting closer to a September departure the education continues.
