    I have booked a private room with shared bathroom at Hostal La Casa de La Plaza through booking.com for 35 euro on the 11th April. Very close to start of Camino Madrid. Worth a look.

    Well flights are booked for the 11th April and start from Madrid on the 12th. Lets see how it goes with the accommodation or lack of. My third camino after Frances and Portuguese. Not sure how many fellow walkers I will see.

    Leaving Lisbon on Wednesday and will be taking my Credential for signing and completing in Santiago. Did I see somewhere that you now have to book in on line and receive a number and time at the Santiago office to get your Credential completed. If so does anybody have a link to the site to...

    Rucksack size carry on plane

    Im flying out in the morning to Lisbon with Ryanair and went with a check in bag. I can then put all the things like knife and fork and liquids in the there and not have to worry. I know its a few extra bob but its worth it to me to fly stress free.

    Altus Poncho

    In reply to my own question I have just noticed the Altus has a full zip top to bottom whereas my old one didn't. This must make it easier to put on and off.
