My traveling companion has more than a chest cold but we do not believe pneumonia. We are resting in Hotel Murietta. I see clinics listed and would like a recommendation if there is one to be had. Thank you in advance.
Leaving this coming Thurs. out of Arkansas. Flying to Madrid then to Bilbao. We are doing a 2-night stay in Bilbao then busing to Irun. We taking earliest bus to Irun then walk to Pasajes, stay overnite and finish next day to San Sebastian. Or you can take later bus and stay overnite in Irun...
My training compadre is using "Mefix" for taping. She really likes it. It wasn't padded enough for my callus but when I used it, it stayed and was easy to remove.

I was asked once "what was the best thing you experienced on the Camino". My best (3 Caminos so far) is the first step I take in the morning to greet the day and be open to the path.
On my first Camino, my walking companion and I were joined by a woman who had lost her "group" that started in Sarria. Even tho' it was annoying, I came to realize that her anxiety was well-placed as it was all so new. She stayed with us for a day and found her tour that evening. That said...
