The model of my Aarn backpack is «Natural Exhilaration» size small [short backlength] ... is the perfect shape and size for a female of short stature ... has been redesigned since I bought mine 6 or 7 years ago but still fundamentally the same ... you can check it out here ...

@trecile it is also my understanding that Euroschirm manufacture almost all, if not all, of the different [sturdy] hiking umbrellas available incl. those sold by Six Moons Designs, Gossamer Gear, ZPacks, Hyperlite ... BUT it twould be great to get rock-solid confirmation⛈️
G’Day Doug, I have had that too so, unless I have reason not to, I make sure that I extend both shafts at least some of the way and the one closest to the handle the full way ... despite some minor niggles I still♥️my Euroschirm Telescope hands-free☔️

Apologies islandwalker ... that took me a bit longer than I had anticipated ... I use <https://www.visugpx.com> to edit my .gpx trails ... is not an app but a website ... I have taught myself how to use it and it works very well for me 😅 And also I’ve used it on my iPhone.

of course! I also like [and need] to use 2 hiking poles ... there are lots of different ways of attaching your umbrella to the straps of your backpack and several companies have inexpensive solutions [e.g. Gossamer Gear, Zpacks] quite aside from those backyard methods mentioned in some threads...
