I have been told the traditional 1st Cello for the Camino del Norte is the Cathédrale Sainte-Marie de Bayonne?
There is a traditional Camino route starting at the Bayonne Catherdral passing by the Biarritz Airport...or the alternate tourist coastal route which starts in Bidart which is West of Biarritz...both of which connect to the Camino del Norte (maps below).
I am planning to start the Camino del Norte in August and I am using Express Bourricot to transfer my bikebox from Biarritz Airport to Santiago...and my bikebox will be filled with the extra clothes and other items that I am not taking on my Camino...the main difference with Express Bourricot is...
If you mean baggage service in direct transportation from Biarritz to Santiago...not daily baggage service...or maybe just from Biarritz to Irun...you can contact SARL Express Bourricot – www.expressbourricot.com – contact@expressbourricot.com
From the Biarritz Airport there is an official Camino route...but there is a better tourist path along the shore...I am enclosing the maps so you can decide but I will in Biarritz in late August biking the tourist shore path.
I bought several Camino del Norte guide books looking for annotated maps with alternative routes that I will rate as follows:
1) Guia Practica del Camino del Norte - Editorial Buen Camino - Spanish Version - Average - Requires Average Spanish - Excellent Maps
2) Pilgrim Route The Northern...
I recommend Guia Practica del Camino del Norte (Costa y Primitivo) (http://guias.editorialbuencamino.com/productos/guia-del-camino-del-norte-costa-y-primitivo) (in Spanish but very user friendly maps even if you don't read Spanish)...which shows the Camino del Norte, alternative routes, danger...

I really have to recommend the CitizenM Hotel at the CDG Paris Airport...it is the nicest and cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in Europe...also if you book using their website you get a better price and a free drink at the bar...the things I like about it is a large lobby with free wifi...

The Camino Finisterre & Muxia is completely different than the Camino Frances in that only about 10% of the Pilgrims continue on to the coast and I would not consider either of these towns to be tourist towns other than for Pilgrims...also I consider the Camino Finisterre & Muxia to be the "Real...
No...every real albergue will ask you for your Pilgrim credential...other private accommodations may not ask for your Pilgrim credential not but will have a stamp for your credential at your request...the American Pilgrims on the Camino only asks for a donation to issue a Pilgrim credential and...

Enjoy your adventure...if you have any additional time hike or take the bus tour to Finisterre and Muxia...if the reason for your camino is religious I recommend the nightly Special Pilgrim Service (best in English so ask the person at the entrance) in the small chapel at the cathedral in...
