Plantar Fasciitis
I had the same issue last year before Camino. Got Chiropractic attention and orthotics. Walked 800 km and not a problem! Still have not had any issues.- aralgate

Experience with Plantar Fasciitis
I had the same issue . Treatment for 2 months by chiropractor, specific exercises , and finally orthotics. Was able to train without pain for 3 weeks before my 4th Camino . No recurrence during or since. You’ve got time, just be patient!- aralgate
